HOW TO USE
Duo Chrome Toppers:
• Use the duo chrome toppers with our Fender Blender Dual-Ended Sponge and Silicone Eyeshadow Brush to blend the shade into the base shadow, or dab onto the lid to maximize shine.
Glitter:
• Apply the glitter eyeshadow all over the eye using our Fender Blender Dual-Ended Sponge and Silicone Eyeshadow Brush or create a glitter liner with a liner brush.
