I recently purchased your Zeena Eyebrow Gel and used it only once. Unfortunately, within a day, my eyebrow hair started falling out badly. I’ve never experienced this kind of reaction before with any product.
I am very disappointed and concerned because this seems like a strong chemical reaction. Kindly look into this issue seriously and check the product ingredients or batch quality.
I would appreciate if you could guide me on what steps to take next or if replacement/refund is possible.
